What has been done, what falls short, and how to tell me if something does not work for you.
I want this site to work for everyone who visits it, including people using a screen reader, a keyboard on its own, magnification, or a browser set to reduce motion. This page says what has been done, what is known to fall short, and how to reach me if you hit a problem.
The standard I am working to
The target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. The site has been reviewed against that standard and is broadly conformant, with the exceptions noted further down.
What is in place
- A skip link so keyboard users can jump past the navigation straight to the main content.
- Every interactive element can be reached and operated with a keyboard, and shows a visible focus outline when you get there.
- Text and background colors across the site meet the 4.5 to 1 contrast ratio that Level AA asks for on body text.
- Meaningful images carry descriptive alternative text. Decorative images are marked so a screen reader skips them instead of reading out noise.
- Headings run in order and describe the structure of each page, so a screen reader can navigate by heading.
- The one moving element on the site, a thin vein that draws down the page as you scroll, stops moving and is shown in full if your device is set to reduce motion.
- The mobile menu can be closed with the Escape key and reports whether it is open.
- Links that open in a new tab announce that they do.
- Pages are readable and usable when zoomed and at narrow screen widths, without content being cut off.
Known limitations
Being honest about the gaps is more useful than claiming there are none.
- The inquiry form. The form is hosted by Tally on its own website and its accessibility is not under my control. If it does not work for you, you do not need to use it. Email or text me instead and you will get exactly the same response.
- Web fonts. Type is served by Google Fonts. If those files fail to load, the page falls back to system fonts and stays readable, but the layout will shift slightly.
- Testing. The site has been checked against the standard and with keyboard navigation, but it has not been through a formal third-party audit or user testing with assistive technology. There may be problems I have not found.
If something does not work
Please tell me. It is genuinely useful, and I will fix what I can.

It helps to say which page you were on, what you were trying to do, and what you were using, but do not worry about getting that right. Send whatever you have. I aim to reply within two business days.
An alternative way to reach me
If any part of this website stops you getting in touch, the email address and phone number above reach me directly, and every service described on this site can be arranged that way. Nothing here requires you to use the website to become a client.
