How much does bookkeeping cost?
Every business is a little different, so pricing depends on the size and complexity of your books. That’s exactly what our first conversation is for. Once I understand your needs, I’ll send a clear proposal with no surprises.
Which software do you work with?
I work in QuickBooks Online and Xero. If you're currently on spreadsheets, I'll help you move onto one of these so everything stays organized and reliable.
Do I have to share my passwords?
Nope. Both QuickBooks Online and Xero let you add me securely as your bookkeeper without handing over your login. Your access stays yours.
What if I'm really behind?
That's more common than you'd think, and it's completely fixable. My Catch-Up service gets your books cleaned up and current so you can start fresh with an accurate picture.
How often will we talk?
As much or as little as you like. Communication is part of good bookkeeping, so you'll always be able to reach me, and you'll never feel silly for asking a question.
Is my business too small (or too messy) for this?
Not at all. Whether you're just starting out or months behind, you're in the right place. Helping you get organized is the whole point, and there's no judgment here.
